These days, everyone seems to know how to write a book; however most of the people end up with a non-saleable manuscript which does them no good. Perhaps they commit some mistakes that cost them dearly, and make their efforts go in vain.   • Creating uninteresting characters – Character creation can make or break the fate of any fiction book. Focus on it, and create interesting characters; the uninteresting ones can cost you dearly. If you want to learn how to write book, it is advisable to learn the art of character creation as well; it will help you in attracting the audience, and increasing the popularity of your book.

 

  • Underestimating the importance of editing – With the globalization of internet, people are no longer naïve. They can easily separate the good from the bad, and identify an unedited book. Do not come up with an unedited manuscript unless you are willing to experiment, and can face the music.
